eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web tools and other products sold throughout this (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”).

• Limited usage granted: Your membership grants you the rights to use any and all web tools and script on as many concurrent sites as you own.  These sites are for personal business use only, they may not be resold.
• Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the code. You may however remove the copyright from any visible page to users. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com.
• Updates: All tools are always designed with the latest versions of affiliate code, but we can give no guarantee, that the tools or scripts dependant upon these merchants will run the same in the future, as we have no control over third party changes.
• Delivery: After we have successfully received your payment, your eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster membership information will be emailed to the email address you provided. Please allow 24 hours to set up your hosting account and deliver your login details, but usually this happens much sooner. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, Commerce Affiliate Webmaster  members will have instant access to all tools, scripts and privileged pages. During the membership term, full access will be provided to all tools, scripts and privileged pages. After membership has expired, download access is removed, usage rights continue however.
• Assignability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or Club subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com.
• Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
• Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
• Refund policy: Our payment and affiliate program are handled through the secure party called ClickBank.   eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com will allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase.   Returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period.  After 60 days all sales are final.  Please contact us if you need further clarification on our refund policy.
• Warranty: eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com does not warranty or guarantee these resources in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components.
• Support: eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com offers these tools, scripts and resources ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules.
• Data Loss:  Your use of the service is at your sole risk. eCommerce Affiliate Webmaster.com is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.
